TBT Closing! This week, I am highlighting the $7.5 million dollar closing we had in January of 2018. We represented ESG Kullen, a New York real estate company, on their purchase of bulk condo units at Murano at Delray Beach. ESG bought 93 of the 275 units for about $81,000 a unit, with plans to renovate and upgrade the condos and resell for about $200,000 each.
