Closed! Represented the sellers on the over $18.5 million sale of a single-family water-front home in Miami, FL in Sunset Islands. The sellers purchased the property for $6.7 million. This was one of several transactions for this seller group where we helped orchestrate complex transactions that involved negotiating and entering leases with options to purchase that helped enable the sellers to avoid tying up their capital in land costs to facilitate the spec home construction before eventual profitable purchases/sales.  These were accomplished without the need for construction financing.
