
Bryan N. Vega, Esq. – Attorney
Bryan N. Vega,Esq., an attorney with Meland Budwick, P.A., focuses his practice on real estate, corporate, and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was an attorney at Greenberg Traurig.
Bryan represents national and regional real estate developers, private investors, entrepreneurs, lenders, and public and private financial institutions. Bryan’s real estate practice is focused on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, operation, and leasing of various property assets including multi-tenant properties, mixed-use and retail developments, office buildings, hospitality projects, condominiums, industrial centers, multifamily properties, and other general commercial and residential real estate properties. His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate documents, including purchase/sale contracts, loan documents, closing and conveyance documents, lease agreements, and various title documents. Bryan’s real estate experience also includes examining and performing due diligence on property title issues, performing closings for commercial and residential real estate transactions, and reviewing, drafting, and modifying condominium and homeowner association documents.
Bryan also advises his corporate clients on various corporate and transactional matters. His corporate practice includes the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and general corporate and transactional documents, the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and the reviewing and drafting of partnership, operating, and shareholder agreements.
Additionally, Bryan assists both lenders and debtors in distressed real estate situations. This practice includes negotiations relating to loan documents, leases, and other related situations, out-of-court workouts, and forbearance agreements. Bryan also has experience representing purchasers and sellers of distressed real estate.
Bryan received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014, where he was on the Executive Board of the University of Miami Law Review as an Articles and Comments Editor. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree, cum laude, in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2010.
While in law school, Bryan served on the executive board of the University of Miami Law Review as an Articles and Comments Editor. He also was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. In 2013, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez, Southern District of Florida.
Bryan is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
