#TBT Closing! $7.65 Million Dollar Commercial Closing

TBT Closing! This week, I am highlighting the $7.65 million dollar closing we had in April of 2018. We represented Arena Capital, a local South FL developer, on their sale of 990 and 970 West 49th Street in Hialeah, FL. The property contains two adjacent commercial buildings that combined are an approximate 9,700 square feet. The tenants in the buildings are Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and LabCorp. The client purchased the property for approximately $3 million, so it was a great investment!
