#TBT Closing! This week, I am highlighting the $20.5 million dollar closing we had in October of 2019. We represented the purchaser on their acquisition of a retail center in Orlando, Florida known as Tourist Plaza. The retail center is approximately 50,712 square feet and located on the famous International Drive.
